The finissage of the Doom Mood exhibition took place on February 26 at the Center of Photograhy Resources- Centrul de Resurse în Fotografie (CdRF), in a setting of reflection on contemporary alienation.
The event was held in the presence of curators Matilda Ardeleanu and Angelica Maria, alongside artist Toma Hurduc, who shared insights into the creative process and the exhibition’s theme. Participants had the opportunity to delve deeper into the concept of the exhibition through a dedicated presentation, exploring the ideas behind the selection of works.
The Doom Mood exhibition examines the inevitable distancing of the individual from everyday life and their environment, shaping a visual landscape of estrangement and introspection. The exhibited works sparked a dialogue on the fragility of modern existence and the impact of the accelerated pace of life on the perception of reality. The finissage was not only the conclusion of the exhibition but also an opportunity for visitors to share the thoughts and emotions that Doom Mood had stirred in them.
